Yep, I did the same thing.. tried with my AOL account and
my Roadrunner account. This is too poor customer service
for me to attempt any more. I don't care HOW nice the cels
are, I will not try and order from them again. It's really
a shame. I've ordered from them 3 times in the past. They were
slow then, but at least I got a response in about a week.
I'd much rather spend the money at places that value customer
service. 

Besides, I got a cel from Anime Taro that is much better 
then the one I was going to order from Fan-Anime, so I am
quite content to let that one go.. and got 4 fantastic cels
from Janime!! ^_^;;;  I was upset at first, but now I don't
really mind too much, considering what I have on the way. ^_-
