Hello
I think the intent was to say that this was just a little 
upload, only the auction, and that more cels were to come 
later. If it holds true to form on the previous auctions, 
updates followed a week or two after the auction ended.
I think it is a good idea to keep auction and lottery separate.
It would be confusing enough even in your native language!
