First, you may be looking for the wrong title.  This
series was originally called _Yotoden_ in Japan (it
was a three-part OVA series).  _Wrath of the Ninja_ is
only the American title for the movie version.  Cels
might be hard to find simply because it is an older
title.  I don't see that many cels from _Yoma_, either.
