Hello,
If the laser background is an original (Ie: the studio
made it that way for whatever reason. Usualy special
effect), yes it add a little value but not much.
If the laser background is just a copy of the original
that someone did so that it look nicer, no it doesn't
add any value. Or perhaps the $1 or $2 needed to make
a color photocopy.
