Hi Valerie, The IMPO that you have to send off for takes approximately 6-8 weeks to process, but this has obviously FAR exceeded that. Fan-Animecells is very very slow to ship from my 3 purchasing experiences, but it is nothing like what you're describing. It took about 10 weeks for one, and the shortest time was like 6 weeks from the time I sent the payment. I didn't want to mess with getting the IMPO, so I sent cash in global priority envelope, insured for as much as I could. He never responded to any of my emails asking if he received the money either.. so it was a waiting game. And when the cels did arrive I wasn't too pleased with a couple of them. The background was severely creased on one, another had been forcibly pulled off the background and put into a separate cel bag, and yet another was just plain "dirty" - horrible spotty... looks like mineral deposits or something on it. One of the cels I got was in fairly good shape. With this last update, they have not even emailed back to say that I was not the one who got the cel, so I was left hanging, wondering if I got it, and the email just didn't go through. It's not just me, but several people I know who got absolutely no response. I'd try emailing them again, stating something that you expect a reply within "x" amount of time - 3 or 4 days is plenty. If they don't reply, I would go and see about filing a claim for your money order. Thankfully, you saved your receipt. It does not help a lot as far as getting the cel you wanted, but at least you can probably do something about getting your money back. Good luck, I hope things work out! Sheri |
