I've gotten e-mail that some of you can't get to the cels page. It turns out that mtu.net moved physical locations today, so not all servers have been updated of this yet. I've got a mirror up on http://chibiusa.resnet.mtu.edu/cels but that server will go down most likely tomorrow. Sorry for the trouble Karen
