It actually did come from an online cel dealer. I *wish* I was
lucky enough to live where there were offline dealers. ;_;
I've been searching for a cel of Chibi Vegita for quite some
time, and just consider myself to be lucky enough to be in the
right place at the right time. It also helps to stay in contact
and have a good relationship with the dealers. Let them know
what you are looking for, and stay in touch with the ones who
actually will look for your wishlist cels. I consider myself
very fortunate to have been able to pick up what cels I have.
Also, what really worked wonders for me was my mega-wishlist.
It's huge, but I have been able to keep in touch with several
dealers and they have found many cels remarkably close to the
screen captures/scans of trading cards I use as a reference. :)

It looks like more of these cels are slowly beginning to surface,
so don't give up hope! ^_^
