I think free exchange of ideas is very important. I'm
a little distressed as to what started this thread -- with
an outright, anonymous and hateful, attack. I wish it had
not happened this way.

I have bought many times from Master and have exchanged
a few emails with him where advice was requested. I do not
fully understand what happened to your friends, Marie, so
I won't pretend I do know all the facts. 

It seems to me that the possibility of miscommunication 
or at least, mistranslation, could be at the heart of the
problem. Because I wonder at the number of so many happy
transactions (myself included) vs. a couple horrible mishaps. Or perhaps not everybody has spoken. Private
emails are welcome in order to illuminate me (which will
be treated respectfully and privately).

I fully support Master as a dealer to whom I have handed
over literally hundreds of dollars. I have not been
disappointed yet. 

If other people are worried about ordering cels from him,
I would give this advice -- be very simple, direct, and
polite -- as you should with any dealer. 

Okay, getting off my teacher pedestal for the day; I get
enough of this in real life ^_^
