I ship to Germany all the time.  
Postage is normally between $5 - $8 for a regular 'air mail' 
_'printed matter'_ (will prevent customs fees) package.  But 
to make sure, I suggest that you package it up and take it to 
the post office to get an accurate price.  You might want to 
use pressed cardboard like Anime Taro uses, rather than a 
regular corrogated kind, as it will survive the trip better.  
Also use a bubblewrap type envelope that fits__snugly_ around the 
cardboard and pack as small as possible (larger packages have a 
tendency to suffer the trip more than small ones and cost more to 
mail).  And don't forget that 'do not bend' stamp all over the package.  :)
