I think that I already explained the problems resulting
from a program like keep-track. To make it short, more
accuracy need to get more detailed information from
the website which in turn result in larger possibility
of errors...

There is several methods to check if a page is updated.
But the simplest, most reliable methods seem to be the
less correctly implemented by webservers. In fact,
the more I follow keep-tracks results, the more I wonder
if a websever is realy implementing those methods fully.

As a personal choice when writing the program, I decided
that having a few too many notification of change was
better than missing some change... I prefer to spend
a few minutes checking a site that wasn't updated than
missing an actual update... :)
