Hi! What do you guys think about using a lottery system for
ordering cels? At anime-cel.com's recent update, although I
only won a few cels from the ones I ordered, I felt very
good, 'cos everyone had a fair chance. Perhaps more dealers
should adopt this system? (Juz a suggestion) ^.^
