Heh, some of these series are hardly obscure IMO. Maybe they are in the US but not in Japan! Cyber Formula is rather popular. There have been 3 or 4 OVA series, each a good 8 eps long, there was the TV series which ran for numerous seasons. Few GW cels leave Japan due to rabid fangirls(although I had a few including a really nice Heero which I sold on ebay but had to relist a few times since it seriously didn't get any bids even though thes starting price was more than resonable.) Same reason applies to Saint Seiya-I know there are a LOT of Saint Seiya collectors in Japan! On your list, the only things I could see as being obscure in the US, Japan or anywhere is the Ys cels(they're old and probably destroyed) and Fire Emblem(the game this was based off has a rabid following.) I know how you feel tho, I have some rather off-the-wall tastes myself. Pharna, Trying to get some nice shots of Jiyuu Nanohana and more characters whos names no one will be able to pronounce from Juubei Chan |
