Well, #1, they are Miyazaki cels, and the movie was VERY 
popular both in Japan and overseas. Also, if I am correct,
the cels from this movie have not been formally released
from the studio (as in the case of Pokemon and Evangelion) 
and they are VERY hard to come by. 
I have seen some nice ones on Mandarake (if those are real,
I heard that they sell some counterfeit cels without knowing
it sometimes), and when I was at AX 99 I saw a very nice
Eboshi displayed in the dealer's room with a price tag of
well over $2,000.
