Cels Forum

In the "what's the first thing.." thread, many of you said 
you peel off anything stuck to the cel.  Does this include
the rice paper (I'm assuming its rice paper - thin, 
translucent) as well, or keep that there to prevent the cel 
from sticking to anything else.  If you do, how do you keep the cel from sticking to something else - is there anything 
a cel *won't* stick to?
