Hi,

I too looked for a cel of Tuxedo Mask's rose for quite a 
while and finally found one on the Hobby Shop K site.  If
you look on page 1 of the Sailor Moon cels, you'll find a
link at the top for Sailor Moon Cels of Nobody!  That's
where I found mine.

There's none left right now, but it's probably your best
bet to check back there once in a while to see if they got
some more.  Otherwise, just keep checking sites - I've seen
them pop up every once in a great while.
