If cels had unique ID numbers, you could
track them in the same way they track
dollar bills on wheresgeorge.com.

I've never *tried* to keep track of the 
whereabouts of a cel, but I've seen one
Ah! My Goddess cel change hands at least
five times between various friends and
acquaintances.  It's a small world.
