HI All,

Uppon checking Cels.org once yesterday and once today, I noticed
that my page shows it's been updated.  This is definately an
error, as I have not been near my computer during the times
stated.  So, my conclusion on this is that my hosting service
might have conducted some kind of testing.
Sorry this mislead everyone to believe that I've updated already.
Please give me another 24 or so hours...
