Dear Forum,

Hi, again.  Well, here is my second DUMB question.  I often
wonder (and I'm NOT looking to acquire any) if there are
cels of body parts running around (mouths, arms, legs,
etc.).  I know sometimes a cel might be sold with each
mouth movement for a scene, but I don't see this often.  Do
studios just recycle these cels (wash the part off to paint
a new image onto it), sell them, or what?  What is the usual
fate for these and other unusual cels?  I have seen that
Hobby Shop K does sell cels of interesting Sailor Moon
objects though, and I began to wonder about other unusual
cels (especially body part ones which would be a little bit
more weird than unusual).  Just wondering.  Any ideas or
insights would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
