I have the same problem myself.  Basically I shift
the cels around as necessary.  I currently have 4
cel books (and I use the boxes Yann ships cels in as
well =) ), and I organize by series.

For example, one book would contain all my el hazard
cels, and the left over space is used for some ranma
cels.  Another book is devoted to ranma and rayearth
first season plus OVAs.  A third book is used for
rayearth second season and misc. cels.  The fourth book
is for misc. and oversized cels.  Anything I don't have
space for, I basically use boxes.

Before I make a purchase, I first have to decide if the
cel would be a good addition to my existing collection.
If so, I would make space for it by shifting another cel
around.
