Cels Forum

  Today I finally worked on my cel gallery after
not doing anything to it for almost a month. 

  Anyway, I put some cels back up that were down
and I added a few new Sailor Moon Cels and a Utena
Cel Gallery section. I also took down a few cels 
that I cleaned out.
