From what I understand, sunlight is the worst, but you don't
want to have any direct light shining on your cels, for
example, a spotlight on a particular cel.  When framing your
cels, make sure you use UV protective glass or plexi, but 
even then, don't shine light on it directly for extended 
periods. :)
