I've laid out the plan I have it in mind to the one person
who wrote privately. . . It's a little complicated to go
into detail here, but a couple things I did say were:

1. Larva IS tough to get - there may not be one AT ALL - so
we can't all go into this saying: "I want Larva." If there
are multiple Larva cels, I intend to sort them out to the
members of the group who are interested in the order in
which they joined up. Each person in turn will be given
their choice of what is left when their turn comes. Yes,
this means that as the originator of the group, I get first
pick. If that bothers someone, then I ask them not to join
this group. But I AM accepting other's character requests
so if someone says: "I want the first Shiini", and if
they're first to say that, they get it if we get only one.

2. I intend to be the representative for the group and as
such, do all the dealing with AWS (this makes things easier
for AWS!) and have the cels shipped to me. The cels will
also be sorted by me for a number of reasons I will give to
people who are seriously interested in joining up.

3. I am NOT, I repeat NOT, going to assure anyone that they
will get a cel of/from a particular character, scene, or
even episode. Obviously it's a crapshoot what we would get
and even I have no idea what will be in the box. (This is
the cel version of the infamous "mystery meat"!) I can
assure that I will do my best to sort the cels to people's
liking.

4. Due to my own financial situation, I can't do this
without at least two other people - even better, three -
besides myself. Also, I will need everyone to send their
money in advance and to be PROMPT! If I do this, nothing
will be ordered until I have ALL the money in my hands.
Again, if this bothers anyone, I ask those people not to
join in this group.

I think this could be fun to do and could give a bunch of
us a chance to get to know each other. . .  And hopefully
not rip each other's throats out. ^_^  Also, if it's
successful and we're happy with the result, there's always
the chance we can do it again sometime.

As I said before, if there is anyone SERIOUSLY interested,

much more in-depth game plan.

PS - Do you know a Larva fan who ISN'T looking for a cel of
Larva in his "noble's clothing" from the episode with the
African mask?!? ^_-
