My only problem is that even though in Japan, the cels 
there are still often too expensive for me ^^; 

I've actually asked several sellers there if they would 
accept overseas orders, and even though they didn't have a
clue how to do it, they have all said they would be willing 
to try, after I explained what on earth an IPMO is and how 
to deposit it (thanks to those who offered info on this 
before, though this is something subsequent to that), 
pointed them to the Japanese Postal Service homepage, and
they accepted the possibility. Of course, that excludes 
those who explicitly say "Japanese bids only" etc., but it 
shows that it doesn't hurt to ask. Though it does require 
a Japanese translation program or some skill at typing 
and understanding Japanese, usually. =/ 

I can try asking for you, if you want, or proxy-bidding, 
but my skill at this isn't the best, either X.o;
