I've had two cels signed.
The first was about 2 years ago and it was with a "Sharpie".
With this cel I haven't seen any problems.
With the other was about a 8 years ago and a "Paint Pen" was used.
This is similar to a Sharpie, but instead of ink, paint comes
out. It is available in many colors and at most art stores.
Also, no problems with the cel.
To be honest, the Paint Pen looks better, since it is paint
and matches the cels media more.
Think of it in terms of signing and oil painting with a pencil.
But this is my own thoughts...
