That is aShin Tenchi cel... There is one of those Memory/ Flashback scenes in the series where he remembers his mom giving him the crystal nacklace... I haven't seen it either, being the lame Tenchi fan that I am... But Ihave seen stills and read about it... -Eden oh I'm not sure about WHEN it is, just that yes, it is Shin Tenchi
