Cels Forum

In the past I had a good experiance with Vega; I placed an 
order, got a prompt reply, got a confirmation on my payment
and got the cels inside a week and a half.  
But the last time I placed an order was on March 2nd, a few
minutes after he updated and I didn't hear back from him,
so I emailed him 2 more times to no avail.  
I know he must be getting my emails, but ignoring an order 
even if the cels are already sold is very strange in my opinion. 

Perhaps something happened to him or someone else has taken 
over his business temporarily... We may never know...
