Hi!  I have a cel and I'm not quite sure where it is from.
If anyone can ID the cel below, could you email me or post
on the forum?

Also, on another note, I am still trying to build a complete
cel gallery of every monster from Sailor Moon.  So if you
have any monsters or villains of any kind and want to trade
or sell, please drop me a line.
