The recent discussion about non-matching backgrounds being
put with cels made me want to put this up. . . This is a
background I recently received with a Vampire Miyu cel. It's
beautiful, but it doesn't match the cel and I've been
wondering where it comes from.

If someone recognizes it, I'd love to know. Some points
that might help are that it has no studio stamps or
impressions of any kind and the number at the top is: "#1
C21". I've included an enlargement of the sign on the post
in case someone can read it and identify the background by
the name of the building.
