Cons- yes, I would say a good place to buy cels- If nothing
else maybe my 2 most wanted cels in the world will show up 
at A-kon...
Dealers do seem to bring cels because they are really 
portable- a binder holding 30 cels takes up a lot less space
than 30 model kits or scrolls or t-shirts or even cds.
What's even better- you see the cel *in person* before you
buy it- though I generally have gotten very good quality 
cels over the web.
