I was wondering if the recent Angel Sanctuary OAVs 
were made with cels (nowadays we never know!) and 
if so what is the usual timeframe for release of cels?

I noticed some seem to never be released, others only
as a trickle... 

(From what I've heard the 3 OAVs are the only ones that
were planned for production, if that helps any)

Should I plan to buy myself a nice retirement gift 
in 40 years or will I die holding my breath?
