Cels Forum

Hey there,

I bought my cel bags from Usagi's House. I'm
not sure if they have restocked yet or not, as
last I checked they were sold out.

As far as storing cels in the bags, I keep my cels
in the the bags and slip them into the binder with
the background(s) and pencils sketches kept behind
the cel/bag.
