I've only been to a couple of cons, but I have solid plans
to go to several more this year :-).

It's been my experience that a good number of the online
dealers go to cons, along with a number of dealers that 
don't really sell on line. And yes, they bring quite a few
cels that are not on their web sites. (Along with a lot
that are. :-)

As far as prices, it's depended a lot on the dealers. One
dealer, whose online prices I think are a wee bit high, had
very good prices in person. Another one's prices were 
comparable.

I've also found that in person, you can bargain some. As 
always, it depends on the dealer, and if all you're buying is
one $15 cel, don't expect much. But if you're buying a 
number of cels, and especially if you're paying cash, I've
found that many dealers will give you a break if you
ask. The more cels you buy in person, the fewer they have to 
carry back home :-).

There's also the benefit of not having to pay shipping :-).
