Cels Forum

I'm noticing a sad trend with dealers buying cels up and 
marking up the prices to sell on their own sites - more than
one business is doing this, and perhaps I'm the only one
who cares, but I'm going to try more than ever to patronize
only those businesses that don't do this - besides, their
cels are usually cheaper.  I would encourage others to do
the same, and new collectors to ask which places have a
good, established reputation.  Buyer Beware.
