While he (Trunks) gets ambushed and killed in one alt. universe.  The Future Trunks, we know and love, after spending so much time
battling and training in the Room of Spirit and Time...goes back to his reality kills that reality's Number 18 & 17 and then surprises Cel
in his ambush and kills him/it as well.  Episode is after the Cel Game, aroun 190 something.

He's cold blooded like Vegeta, but with the compassion and brains of Bulma.

And the his cels (in non-SuperSaiya-jin form) have all the complex comic book detailing that is so attractive in the early part of the series.
And, that purple hair!  See you have to throw some cel discussion or Yann will get upset.
