It usually means that the starting price they want is really
expensive. :)
You probably noticed that many cels with
this kind of notation are generally of very high quality
and value (for example, really nice Lodoss cels). The dealer
would like to make a sale, but they don't want to scare you
off...So, they ask you to email them for price info. If,
after they email you the price, and you dont make an
immediate order, they may bargain a bit with you -
just to make the sale...But would probably only happen if
no one else had shown an interest in buying the cel. |
