Has anyone heard/recieved cels from Fan-Anime Cels since last update? (Mon Apr 17 15:59:40 2000

Title pretty up says it all. I recieved a confirmation that payment was recieved and that
my Dragonball cel would be sent shortly...and that was it. I've sent
a number of emails inquirying, but no response.
Am I the only one since the last update this has happen to?
Or is this the usual course of business?
