This site is NOT a 100% foolproof listing of cel dealers, but
it certainly helps (I don't know how the rating goes, 
unfortunately; it's not like EBay or something; I have a 
problem with a dealer listed in "good," for instance). 

Maybe someone could put together a "user site" that keeps
track of feedback ratings on individual transactions much
like EBay. 

This post, then, is just my "2 cents." (Or 2 dollars)

Okay okay, let's try to tread softly. Obviously reputation 
is a very sensitive thing here, as is the knowledge that 
anyone can be potentially ripped off by a fake.  But some of
the posts on the other threads regarding blah blah blah is
starting to piss me off, and it appears the individuals 
involved are merely victims of some unintended ignorance. -_-

I am splitting my post up because, haha not surprisingly, it's
TOO BIG for the database as one post.
