I think that you already hit the problem : it's in
Japanese. If you can't understand how to do the registration,
then forget about biding on an item : you won't be able
to understand emails from the seller, much less answer
him/her in Japanese. English is totaly useless for
that so forget about it.

As for other problems, most seller won't accept to
send to another country than Japan. Actualy, many
don't have the faintest idee how to send outside
of Japan (they never did it). On top of that, they
will want you to pay by wire transfer. So take into
account what your bank will charge you (and what
the japanese bank will charge to recevie a transfer)
into the price.
