Hi,
There are 100 limited copies for each of these cels. But unfortunately, I didn't get the phone cards when I 
purchased the cels. (haven't even hear of 'em in fact ^^;;)
Then again, I purchased them online so you might want to 
check with the actual shops in Japan whether they do give 
out these phone cards along with the cels.
