First off, I had a question about cel releases: How does
it even work? When a studio decides to release cels, do
they pick a batch then solicit them to dealers? I just
realized I have no idea how this works. Are the studios
the ones who set the initial prices by selling batches
for a certain price or do the retailers always decide
that?
Secondly, does anyone know if any cels from the OAV
"Fake" have ever been released or surfaced anywhere? I'd
kill for a cel from that series. I'm also still looking
for a nice Akazukin ChaCha or St Tail / Meimi (I know
I've already asked, but I guess it can't hurt to ask
again!)
