I think that's from 'Young Grass Story Nan and Miss Jo' (Wakakusa Monogatari Nan to Joo sensei). It's part of the World Masterpiece Theatre line. It's an adaptation of "Little Men." A lot of those cels have been out recently, the series was fairly long (around 40 eps). I believe Anime Taro currently has 20 or so for sale. It is not a "Miyazaki cel," Nan and Jo was done far after Miyazaki left Nippon Animation. Though I think there was some Studio Ghibli staff crossover for Nan and Jo. I think all of this is correct (bad memory ^_^;;) but I'm sure there is more information about the World Masterpiece Theatre, if you would like to be sure/find out more. Keys
