Cels Forum

I didn't really want to bring this here, but I'm not sure
what else to do.  Has anyone else had trouble with the 
seller on ebay called "usagisan@gmx.de"?  I know of two
other people who had sent payment but never received cels.
For me personally, I was never contacted about sending
payment or anything, even though I emailed the seller
several times.  I just wanted to see if anyone had any
information they could share with me.
