Cels Forum

Yann, or someone who deals in cels, could you explain how the
cel market works in Japan?  Do any of the studios sell directly 
to the public (like AIC does once a year)?  Or is it still an 
"underground" market where only people that have contacts can 
get access?  Are stores able to buy bulk packages from the studios?  
Do they do any individual sales?

I'm just wondering because it seems like the cels that are for sale 
in the US are frequently picked over by the people who import them.  
How might one go about getting a better selection, with out having 
to pay a fortune?

Well, I'm hoping AIC will start selling cels over the internet in 
the US soon.
