I have come across a cel (Dragonball Z movie 8, Burori cel)
where the cel had tissue paper inbetween it and the pencil sketch. the tissue was stuck GOOD. with care, and the same procedures that have been stated before,3-4 hours later, the paper came off, but the tissue paper was nowhere near salvageable.
luckily it was the tissue paper, and not the pencil sketch.
