You wont be able to find any Saitou Hajime cels. If there were any on the internet market, I would have bought it by now!^_^ but the thing is, well I explained it in a message a few above this one, reffering to the Kenshin  Juppon Gatana.
You wont find any cels of these bad boys, either, except 
Shishio.

Sanosuke is the most easiest to find besides Kenshin, so 
check places like Nichibei anime club, they have one, I know of.
