Hello,
So called "cels book" are just plain normal plastic
holders. The size is B4 for cels with background and
A4 wide for cels without background. They can be buy
in most shops that sell office furniture. In japan,
it cost between 300 yen (2.5 dollars) and 2'500 yen
(20 dollars) based on the size and number of pages.
Here, in Switzerland, they are a little bit more
expensive (around $25 to $30 for the large one) and
it's hard to find the A4 wide ones as the normal format
used for documents is plain A4. (Which is the same
length but less width) or A3 which is larger. (but
work anyway :)
