That was just a bad luck for me.  Hadn't slept at all for 
36 hours -_-, so I went to sleep instead.

Oops, didn't mean it that way.  It usually responds within 
a few hours to notify of changes.  It's just for some sites 
that are slow to respond, the notification can be delayed.
It's a free service that available to anyone.  
Here's a hint, it's called:  _ R _ - _ _ N _ _ _
