Have fun at Anime Expo. When they first open the dealers
room, be prepared for a crowd! It may be quite difficult to
get to some of the dealers' tables, especially those selling
cels. If you find the perfect cel for a fair price, then you
should probably buy it right away. If they're asking too much,
be sure to try bargaining with them. It's best to look through
the entire dealers room before making up your mind, since
prices and selection can vary quite a bit.

selling cels, and they don't have many)

Nichibei Anime Club (lots of cels)
Nikaku Animart (had some cels)
Paradigm Animation (only AIC cels)
