Ok, this happend to me too. The first order I placed with them, I transferred it in Japaneese Yen...the order was fine. Then my bank switched companies, and could no longer convert the $$ into yen.....thats when I had the same problem you did. If you transfer it in US$, by the time it gets there, the exchange rate would have fluxed...making the amount you sent worth more or less depending on the flux. Now that my bank switched back so that I can send in Yen again, I haven't had any problems. That is the most likly problem.....but it could also be that your bank, or the bank they go through with the transfer is charging a fee.....which will make your payment short. Be sure to tell them that this certain amount has to reach Japan AFTER all fees. Hope that helps. : ) -Parrallax |
