Dude, I wouldnt touch it.  I have 3 stickered FY cels, and 
I've examined it as well.  They make those stickers in a way
that it would be a total pain in the rear (for lack of better
words ^_^) to remove.  I'd just leave it on.  It looks more
authentic that way, and nobody can dispute the legitimacy of
the cel.  Plus that cel may be worth more in the future with
it on, since the sticker marks the 20th anniversary. Think when
the 40th comes around and so on...
